Sofia Arisheh BA, CPHR, SHRM, ACC

PRINCIPAL, LEAD CONSULTANT & ASSOCIATE CERTIFIED COACH

Sofia is a Human Resources Consultant with over 15+ years of senior level experience in Human Resources. She has worked in both provincially and federally regulated companies, in a wide range of industries including education, engineering, public practice accounting and telecommunications. Throughout Sofia’s career she has engaged in various functions of HR, always with a mindset of translating business strategy into systematic HR initiatives. Her HR experience has involved overseeing day-to-day operations, developing HR strategies, leading organizational changes and partnering with leadership to drive and deliver on HR principles and business strategies.

Sofia has consistently delivered innovative HR business support and solutions, with a demonstrated passion and specialization in learning and development. Her focus on training has included developing robust training strategies and conducting thorough needs assessments to design, deliver, implement and evaluate tailored in-house training programs. Focused on adult learning principles, she has offered a range of training delivery methods including, on-the-job, instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and blended. She has delivered training to various stakeholders from front-line staff to top executives on compliance and professional skills training including conflict resolution, change management, leadership, coaching, facilitation skills and operational excellence.

Professional, hard working, energetic and passionate about HR, Sofia is an invaluable ally to your Human Resources needs. Her specialization in HR includes training and capability development, performance management, employee engagement, change management and organizational development.

Sofia has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University, a Post-Baccalaureate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, holds her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an Accredited Licensed Practitioner for the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI).

Megan McAllister, BBA, CPHR

Megan brings to the table 14 years of senior professional Human Resources experience. Megan has experience leading HR teams through every organizational challenge and change imaginable – recessions, restructuring and regional and global mergers & acquisitions, having achieved award-winning Top Employer status throughout. A true generalist in experience, Megan has envisioned and executed innovative talent management strategies focussed on Recruitment & Onboarding, Performance Management, Leadership Development and HR Technology Transformation.

Megan has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and holds her Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation.

Deanna Isfeld, PCC, CCDP

FACILITATOR & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH

Bringing both experience and passion to her work, it is Deanna’s mission to guide professionals towards discovering more meaning, purpose and satisfaction in their personal and professional lives. As an ICF credentialled coach and Certified Career Development Practitioner, Deanna combines both evidence based coaching practices with a whole person approach; meeting each individual where they’re currently at. She offers a warm, approachable and direct communication style, strongly informed by the belief that everyone deserves to thrive. With a career spanning over 25 years across a variety of industries, Deanna brings with her a background in corporate finance, conflict management, facilitation, and coaching.

When Deanna’s not working, she can be found adventuring with her dog, drinking coffee, travelling, and practicing and teaching yoga.

Deanna holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Career Development Practitioner. She has a Diploma of Technology – Finance from B.C.I.T, a Certificate in Advanced Facilitation and Consultation from the Justice Institute of B.C., along with completion of both the Mediation and Workplace Conflict programs from the Justice Institute of B.C. and is a Certified Level II Myers-Briggs Facilitator.

Tiffany Baker, ACC, CLC, CPHR

ASSOCIATE CERTIFIED COACH & HR CONSULTANT

As an accomplished HR professional, Certified Coach, and MBA Career Coach and Educator, Tiffany embodies a unique fusion of skills and experiences that she uses to guide and inspire others. Her 15-year HR journey crosses multiple sectors – including private, public, not-for-profit, and academic – and encompasses a broad scope of leadership roles in operations, HR communications management, and advising on diverse people and leadership topics. Tiffany leverages this comprehensive background to drive her thriving coaching practice, which centers on empowering individuals on their professional journey to discover, lean-in, and own what makes them unique.

Tiffany’s authentic, intuitive, and artful approach serves both private clients and MBA students as she focuses on elevating leaders of today and tomorrow. She complements her coaching role by facilitating MBA courses and variety of team-building and other workshops at the Alberta School of Business, contributing to the holistic development of students and staff alike.

Beyond her professional life, Tiffany is a respected leader in Edmonton’s women’s road and mountain biking communities where she enjoys drawing parallels between the stories we tell ourselves on and off the bike. Tiffany is recognized as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation and as a Certified Leadership Coach through Essential Impact. She holds the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation and earned an HR Management Diploma from MacEwan University.

Jasmine Moore, CPCC

FACILITATOR & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED COACH

Jasmine brings over 25 years of experience across a variety of industries including IT, Consumer Finance, Insurance, Franchising and Tech and Travel with global Fortune 500 companies. In progressively more senior roles, Jasmine’s career spans broadly from Account Management, Business Development, Franchise Operations, Training, Leadership and Learning and Development.

Focused on developing talent in role she has used Performance Consulting and Human Centered Design principles to create and deliver training solutions under varied circumstances using the appropriate modality including; instructor-led, virtual, e-learning and blended versions to thousands of learners in a series.

Jasmine has experience leading teams globally through a multitude of scenarios and circumstances and has developed many team members and leaders through Change Management, Negotiation Skills, Personal Branding, Presentation Skills, Sales Effectiveness, Facilitation Skills, and Coaching Programs, mentoring and coaching many along the way.

Jasmine holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and is recognized as a Certified Master Performance Consultant through the Association for Talent Development. She holds Certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt from General Electric, a Franchise Executive (CFE) with the International Franchise Association and holds Certifications in Negotiation and Mediation with the Justice Institute of BC.
